Monario is operated as Monario.
Age requirement
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or use Monario. In Québec, that means you must be at least 18 years old.

Monario provides budgeting, reporting, projections, and personal finance organization tools only.
Monario does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, credit, insurance, or retirement advice. Any information shown in the product is informational and organizational only. You remain responsible for decisions and should consult qualified professionals when needed.
User data responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of data you manually enter or import.
You are responsible for verifying records before acting on them.
No outcomes guarantee
Monario does not guarantee savings, debt reduction, credit outcomes, investment outcomes, or financial improvement.
No emergency or critical reliance
Do not rely on Monario as an emergency financial system or sole source for time-critical decisions.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or upload harmful content.
Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account where allowed by law.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are planned but may not be active yet. If paid plans are enabled, the checkout or subscription flow will show applicable price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, tax, refund, and payment-provider details before purchase.
Beta service notice
Beta mode is currently disabled by configuration; however, pre-launch terms may still change after legal review.
Termination and account closure
You may request account closure and data deletion according to available product controls and legal constraints.
For non-cause termination by Monario, Monario will provide a reasonable opportunity to export available account data and encrypted vault backups before access ends.
For termination or suspension caused by abuse, security risk, fraud, legal obligation, or harm to the service, Monario may restrict access immediately. Export requests will still be reviewed and handled where legally required and safe to do so.
Disclaimers and limits
Monario is provided as available. We work to keep it private, reliable, and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that every risk can be eliminated. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable Canadian and Québec law where required. Consumer, privacy, and other rights that cannot be waived continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
Monario may update these terms as the product, plans, processors, or legal requirements change.
For material changes, Monario will provide notice by in-app banner and email at least 30 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter period is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
